Victorian Mental Health Month runs from October 7th to November 6th in 2018.

In 2018 the Mental Health Month focuses on youth between 16 and 25. One in seven young Australian’s experience a mental health condition.

The aim of the Mental Health Foundation Australia’s Mental Health Month is to raise awareness of the prevalence of mental health conditions in youth and to help reduce the statistics.
